Acceptable use

Tenants must comply with the laws of Estonia and the European Union. The following are explicitly out of scope of the service and will result in immediate suspension:

Distribution of content unlawful under EU law
Unauthorised scanning, intrusion or denial-of-service activity
Phishing, fraud or impersonation of third parties
Unsolicited bulk messaging of any kind

Reports: abuse@isr-network.eu. Acknowledged within 24 hours.

Data processing

As a network operator we transport customer data; we do not inspect content, and we do not retain payload data beyond what is necessary for transport and integrity verification. Connection metadata is retained for up to 30 days for capacity planning and abuse handling. A standard Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
