ISR Network OÜ has been operating private European backbone capacity since 2019. We are privately held and free of carrier ownership.
Network operators should be infrastructure providers — not data collectors. We do not inspect customer traffic. We do not sell flow data. We do not run an "AI assistant" on your packets.
Our customers are businesses that move data on behalf of other businesses. They expect us to be quiet, predictable, and out of their way.
We onboard customers through KYC and we cooperate with European law-enforcement requests submitted through proper channels. We do not provide service to anonymous accounts.

Certified since 2022 (BSI). Scope: backbone operations and managed services.
Single point of contact for European authorities. Requests handled by Estonian counsel.
